AI Agents & Workflow Automation

AI Agents That Work
Inside Your Systems

An AI agent is software that reads what comes in, decides what to do, and takes the action: updates the CRM, files the document, drafts the reply. We build agents with tight permissions, validated output and a person in the loop where it matters.

What an Agent Is

Workflows That Can Read and Decide

Traditional automation follows fixed rules: when X happens, do Y. It breaks the moment the input doesn't match the rule: a free-text email, a PDF in a new layout, a request that could go three different ways.

An AI agent handles that judgment step. It reads the input, picks from the actions you've allowed, and fills in the details. Everything predictable stays as ordinary, testable automation. That mix is what makes agents reliable enough to run unattended.

Where agents fit well:

Unstructured input

Email, chat, documents and notes that don't follow a fixed format.

Many possible next steps

Requests that could be routed, answered, escalated or ignored.

Several systems involved

Look something up in one tool, update another, notify a person.

Examples

Agents We Build

Each one runs on your systems, with the actions limited to what you approve.

Lead qualification agent

Reads new inquiries, checks them against your criteria, enriches the CRM record and routes hot leads to a rep within a minute.

Support triage agent

Classifies incoming requests, pulls the customer's history, drafts a reply and assigns the ticket.

Back-office agent

Matches invoices to orders, flags mismatches and prepares entries for approval in your accounting system.

Research agent

Gathers public information about a prospect or property and writes a summary into the record.

Reporting agent

Answers "how did last month compare?" from your own data and posts a weekly summary to your team.

Agent vs. Zapier AI steps

Zapier and n8n can call AI too. We help you decide when that's enough, and when you need something sturdier.

Built So It Can't Go Rogue

Allow-listed actions

An agent can only call the actions you approve, on the records it's given. No open-ended access to your systems.

Schema-checked output

Every decision is checked against a strict format and business rules before anything changes.

Approval steps

Anything with money, clients or contracts can wait for a person to click approve.

Cost limits

Per-run and monthly AI spend caps, so a loop or a flood of input can't run up a bill.

Questions About AI Agents

Still have a question? Call (713) 936-9330 or send us a note.

What's the difference between an AI agent and automation?

Automation follows fixed rules. An AI agent can read unstructured input and choose among allowed actions. In practice we combine them: the agent makes the judgment call, and ordinary automation carries out the steps reliably.

Are AI agents reliable enough for real work?

For well-defined tasks with validation and approval steps, yes. We measure accuracy on your own data during the pilot, and anything the agent isn't sure about goes to a person instead of guessing.

What does a custom AI agent cost?

A pilot for one workflow is $3,500–$6,000 fixed. Production agents typically cost $3,000–$15,000 depending on how many systems and actions are involved, plus a managed plan from $300/mo and AI usage, usually cents per run.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the task: we work with the major providers' business APIs and design agents so the model can be swapped without rebuilding the system.

Can an agent work with our CRM?

Yes. CRM work is most of what we do. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and industry CRMs all have APIs an agent can use, within the permissions you set.
