AI Automation Services
AI That Does Real Work
Inside Your Business
Not a chatbot bolted onto your website. We build AI into your CRM, inbox, phones and documents, so the reading, sorting, summarizing and data entry happen on their own, with a person approving anything that matters.

The Problem
Most AI Projects Stall Between the Demo and the Day-to-Day
Anyone can get a good answer out of ChatGPT. The hard part is getting AI to do the job every day: pull the email, read the attachment, update the right record in the right system, and tell someone when it isn't sure.
That part is integration work, which is what we've done for 25 years. We use AI automation to run our own business, and we build the same kind of systems for yours: connected to your real tools, checked before they act, and monitored after launch.
Where AI pays off first:
Anything someone reads and retypes
Emails, PDFs, intake forms and call notes that a person reads and then types into another system.
Sorting and routing
Deciding which lead, ticket or request goes where, and how urgent it is.
First drafts
Replies, summaries and reports that a person reviews instead of writing from scratch.
Finding things
Answering "what did we agree with this client?" from your own records.

How We Keep It Safe
AI With Guardrails, Not Guesswork
An AI model is a component, not a system. These are the rules every build follows.
Least data, least access
The model sees only the fields a task needs, and the automation can only touch the records and actions it's allowed to.
Validated output
Every AI answer is checked against a schema and business rules before it touches your systems. Anything that fails goes to a person.
Humans approve what matters
Sending money, emailing a client, changing a contract: you decide which steps need a person to click approve.
Logged and monitored
Every run is logged with its inputs, output and cost, and we're alerted when accuracy or spend drifts.
How It Works
From First Call to Running in Production
Small, fixed-price steps. You see it work on your own data before you commit to more.
Working session
We walk through the work you want off your plate and pick the task with the clearest payoff.
Pilot: $3,500–$6,000
One workflow, built on your real data, live in two to three weeks, with measured accuracy and cost per item.
Production
Hardened, monitored and connected to the rest of your systems. Priced from the pilot results.
Managed
We host, monitor and tune it. Plans start at $300/mo, and you can buy the code outright if you'd rather run it yourself.
Why AcuCoders
Engineers, Not Prompt Writers
Integration first
Most of the work in an AI project is connecting systems and handling the messy cases. That's been our job for 25 years.
Measured, not promised
Pilots report accuracy on your own documents and the AI cost per item, so you decide on numbers, not a demo.
Model-neutral
We use the model that fits the task and the budget, and can switch providers without rebuilding the system.
Published pricing
Pilots, builds and managed plans are priced on our pricing page. No mystery quotes.
FAQ
Common Questions About AI Automation
Still have a question? Call (713) 936-9330 or send us a note.
What is AI automation?
AI automation uses language models to handle the parts of a workflow that used to need a person to read or decide: sorting email, pulling data out of documents, summarizing calls, drafting replies. Traditional automation then moves the result into your systems. The AI handles judgment; the automation handles the plumbing.
How much does AI automation cost?
A one-workflow pilot is $3,500–$6,000, fixed. Production builds typically run $3,000–$6,000 for a standard two-system workflow and $6,000–$15,000+ for complex ones. Managed hosting and support plans start at $300/mo. The AI usage itself is usually cents per item.
Is our data used to train AI models?
The business APIs we build on don't train on your data by default. We confirm each provider's terms for your project, send the model only the fields a task needs, and can use providers' zero-retention options where they're offered.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every output is validated before it reaches your systems. Low-confidence or invalid results go to a person to review, and you choose which actions always need approval. We track accuracy over time and fix the cases it misses.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. We build on the systems you already use: your CRM, email, phone system, practice management or accounting software. If a tool has an API, we can usually connect AI to it.
How is this different from a ChatGPT subscription?
ChatGPT helps one person do a task faster. AI automation does the task without someone sitting there: it runs on every email or document as it arrives, updates your systems, and flags only the exceptions.
