AI Consulting for Small Business
Find Where AI Pays Off,
Then Build It
You know AI could save your team time, but not where to start or what's safe. We look at how your business actually runs, find the two or three tasks worth automating, and give you a plan with real costs. We can build it too, which keeps the advice honest.

Why Start Here
Most Small Businesses Don't Need an AI Strategy. They Need a First Win.
Big-company AI consulting sells roadmaps and workshops. A 30-person company needs something simpler: which repetitive work is costing the most, whether AI can do it reliably, and what it would cost to find out.
We answer those questions in days, not months, and the answer is sometimes "don't use AI for this." Plenty of problems are better solved with ordinary automation or a better integration, and we'll say so.
Good signs you're ready:
Someone spends hours a week reading and retyping
Inbox triage, intake forms, invoices, call notes.
Your data lives in a few main systems
A CRM, an email account, an accounting or practice management tool.
You've tried ChatGPT and want more
It helps individuals, but nothing is connected and nothing runs on its own.
What You Get
A Working Session, Then a Plan
Fixed price, no retainer required.
Workflow review
We map the work your team does by hand, how often, and what mistakes cost you.
Ranked opportunities
Each candidate task scored on hours saved, risk, and how well current AI handles it.
Costed plan
Build cost, monthly running cost and AI usage cost per item, so the payback is clear.
Data and risk notes
What data each automation touches, where it goes, and what needs a human approval step.
A pilot proposal
A fixed-price pilot ($3,500–$6,000) for the top opportunity, if you want one. No obligation.
Plain-English answers
Straight answers to the questions your team keeps asking about AI tools, privacy and cost.
How It Works
Three Steps, About Two Weeks
Discovery call
Free, 30 minutes. We learn the business and decide together whether a working session is worth it.
Working session
A few hours with you and the people who do the work, plus our review of the systems involved.
Plan and proposal
A written plan with ranked opportunities, costs and a pilot proposal for the best one.
What does AI consulting cost?
The discovery call is free. A working session with a written plan is a fixed price quoted after that call, and it's credited toward a pilot if you go ahead. Pilots are $3,500–$6,000 fixed.
Do you only recommend AI?
No. We recommend whatever solves the problem most cheaply and reliably. Often that's rules-based automation or a better integration, with AI only where judgment or reading is required.
Can you train our team on AI tools?
We'll explain what we build and how to work with it, and give practical guidance on using AI tools safely. We're builders, not a training company, so we don't run general AI courses.
What size companies do you work with?
Mostly 10–100 people: big enough to have real repetitive work, small enough that there's no internal AI team.
Is it safe to put client data into AI?
It can be, with the right setup: business API terms that exclude training, only the fields a task needs, logging, and human review where it matters. Part of the plan is spelling out exactly what data each automation would use.
