Within 1 week of discovery
You get a clear, written proposal: what we're building, what systems connect, how data flows, what it costs, and how long it takes. Fixed price — not an estimate that balloons later.
No jargon, no fluff. If you have questions, we answer them before you commit.
What you get: A proposal you can actually read — scope, timeline, cost, and what's included in the managed service.
Build & Test
2–6 weeks typical
We build the integration, test it with real data, and deploy it to our managed infrastructure. You see progress throughout — not silence for six weeks followed by a surprise.
Everything is tested before it touches your production systems. You verify it meets the agreed scope, and we go live together.
What you get: A working integration running on our infrastructure, tested and verified with your actual data.
Managed Service
Ongoing
We don't build it and walk away. Your integration runs on our infrastructure, monitored around the clock. When an API changes, when something needs updating, when you need a modification — we handle it.
You call or email when you need something changed. We make the change. That's it.
What you get: Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, updates, and support. You focus on your business. We keep the integration running.
