Jobber + Pipedrive

Your Pipeline Sells the Job.
Jobber Runs It.

Jobber has no native Pipedrive connector, so most teams retype every won deal. We connect the two so deals become Jobber clients and quotes, and the job's progress shows up on the deal in Pipedrive.

The Problem

Sales Lives in Pipedrive. The Work Lives in Jobber.

Pipedrive is built for chasing deals. Jobber is built for quoting, scheduling and invoicing the work. Neither one knows the other exists, and Jobber's app marketplace has no Pipedrive connector.

So someone in the office copies the customer into Jobber when a deal is won, re-enters the scope as a quote, and nobody goes back to Pipedrive to record whether the job was finished or paid. Your pipeline report ends at "won".

Where it hurts:

Retyped clients and quotes

Every won deal gets entered twice, with typos and missing fields.

Sales can't see the job

Reps don't know if the work was scheduled, done or invoiced without asking.

Revenue reports stop at won

Pipedrive shows deal value, not what was actually billed in Jobber.

Repeat work goes unnoticed

Completed jobs never trigger a follow-up deal for the next season.

What We Build

Pipedrive ↔ Jobber Data Flow

Pipedrive has a REST API and webhooks on every plan. Jobber has a GraphQL API with webhooks for apps. We build the middleware between them.

Pipedrive → Jobber

  • A won deal creates or matches the Jobber client and property
  • Deal products or notes become a draft Jobber quote
  • Contact and address changes update the Jobber client
  • Lead source stays attached to the client for reporting

Jobber → Pipedrive

  • Quote approved, job scheduled and job completed update the deal
  • Invoice totals and paid status land on the deal
  • Completed jobs can open a follow-up deal for recurring work
  • Clients created in Jobber show up as Pipedrive people

Zapier and Friends

Why a Two-Step Zap Usually Isn't Enough

Zapier, Make and similar tools can connect Jobber and Pipedrive, and for one simple trigger that's fine. The trouble starts when the sync has to be reliable in both directions.

Duplicates

Without matching rules, the same customer gets created again whenever an email or phone number changes.

One direction at a time

Two-way sync with zaps tends to loop or overwrite. Custom middleware keeps one system in charge of each field.

Silent failures

A failed zap emails someone. A monitored integration retries, logs and alerts the people who fix it.

Task pricing

Busy shops burn through task limits. Our managed plan is a flat monthly price.

How It Works

From Discovery to a Sync You Don't Think About

01

Discovery

We map which Pipedrive stages, Jobber records and fields matter, and which system owns each one.

02

Build

The sync runs on our infrastructure, with matching rules so nobody gets duplicated.

03

Test on your data

We run it against a copy of real records and walk through edge cases with your office staff.

04

Run and monitor

Failures alert us, not you. Changes to either app's API are our problem.

FAQ

Questions About Connecting Jobber and Pipedrive

Still have a question? Call (713) 936-9330 or send us a note.

Is there a native Jobber Pipedrive integration?

No. Jobber's app marketplace doesn't include a Pipedrive connector, and Pipedrive's marketplace doesn't include a Jobber app built by either company. Teams connect them through Zapier-style tools or a custom integration using both APIs.

Which Pipedrive plan do we need?

API access and webhooks are available on every Pipedrive plan. Higher plans get larger API rate limits, which only matters for very high volume. On the Jobber side, the API works through a free developer app connected to your account.

What happens to our existing deals and clients?

We match existing records first, usually by email, phone and address, and review the leftovers with you before the sync goes live. That's how we avoid creating a second copy of everyone.

Can a won deal create a quote in Jobber automatically?

Yes. Deal products or line items can become a draft quote on the matching client, ready for your office to review and send. Whether it sends on its own is your call.

How much does a Jobber Pipedrive integration cost?

A standard two-system integration like this is typically $3,000–$6,000, fixed after a discovery call. More objects, custom rules or a data cleanup push it toward $6,000–$15,000. Hosting, monitoring and fixes are covered by a managed plan from $300/mo.

How long does it take?

Most two-way Jobber and Pipedrive integrations take two to four weeks from discovery to go-live, depending on how much existing data needs matching.
