Jobber + Salesforce
Salesforce Closes the Deal.
Jobber Does the Work.
Jobber has no native Salesforce connector. We build the integration so closed opportunities become Jobber clients and quotes, and job and invoice status show up on the account in Salesforce.

The Problem
Your Sales Team and Your Crews Use Different Systems
Growing service companies often run sales and account management in Salesforce and run the field work in Jobber. Jobber's app marketplace has no Salesforce connector, so the handoff is manual.
Closed opportunities get retyped as Jobber clients. Account managers can't see whether the work was scheduled or invoiced. Leadership reports pull from two systems that never agree.
What breaks without it:
Manual handoff
Every closed opportunity is re-entered in Jobber by hand.
No field visibility in Salesforce
Account managers ask the office instead of checking the account.
Revenue in two places
Bookings in Salesforce, billing in Jobber, reconciled in a spreadsheet.
Multi-site accounts drift
Property and contact changes made in one system never reach the other.
What We Build
Salesforce ↔ Jobber Data Flow
Salesforce has REST and streaming APIs. Jobber has a GraphQL API with webhooks for apps. We build and run the sync between them.
Salesforce → Jobber
- A closed-won opportunity creates or matches the Jobber client and properties
- Opportunity products become a draft Jobber quote
- Account and contact changes update Jobber
- Campaign and source data stays with the client
Jobber → Salesforce
- Quote, job and visit status update the opportunity or a custom object
- Invoices and payments land on the account
- Completed work can create renewal or follow-up opportunities
- Jobber clients sync to accounts and contacts with no duplicates
Worth Knowing
What Salesforce Needs for an Integration
A few things decide the scope, and we check them during discovery, not after the quote.
API access by edition
Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions include API access. Professional Edition usually needs an add-on from Salesforce. We confirm yours before quoting.
Where Jobber data lives
Job and invoice details can go on standard objects or a custom object, depending on how your team reports.
Who owns each field
We decide with you which system is the source of truth for each field, so the two never overwrite each other.
Admin involvement
If you have a Salesforce admin or partner, we work alongside them. If you don't, we handle the setup the integration needs.
How It Works
From Discovery to a Sync You Don't Think About
Discovery
We map which Salesforce stages, Jobber records and fields matter, and which system owns each one.
Build
The sync runs on our infrastructure, with matching rules so nobody gets duplicated.
Test on your data
We run it against a copy of real records and walk through edge cases with your office staff.
Run and monitor
Failures alert us, not you. Changes to either app's API are our problem.
FAQ
Questions About Connecting Jobber and Salesforce
Still have a question? Call (713) 936-9330 or send us a note.
Is there a native Jobber Salesforce integration?
No. Jobber's app marketplace doesn't include a Salesforce connector. Teams connect them through Zapier-style tools or a custom integration using both APIs.
Which Salesforce edition do we need?
API access is included in Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions. Professional Edition usually needs an API add-on purchased from Salesforce. We confirm what your org has during discovery.
Can Jobber jobs show up in Salesforce?
Yes. Job, visit and invoice status can update the opportunity, the account or a custom object, depending on how your team wants to report on field work.
We already have a Salesforce partner. Can you work with them?
Yes. We build and run the integration and coordinate with your admin or partner on fields, objects and permissions.
How much does a Jobber Salesforce integration cost?
A standard two-system integration like this is typically $3,000–$6,000, fixed after a discovery call. More objects, custom rules or a data cleanup push it toward $6,000–$15,000. Hosting, monitoring and fixes are covered by a managed plan from $300/mo.
How long does it take?
Most Jobber and Salesforce integrations take three to five weeks, depending on objects, existing data and how many people need to sign off.
