Can you transcribe voicemails?

Yes. We use AWS Transcribe to convert voicemails to searchable text attached to the CRM contact record.

What about existing contacts?

Caller ID is matched against your CRM. Existing contacts get the call logged to their record. New numbers create new contacts automatically.
