Websites With Integrations

Websites That Connect
to the Rest of Your Business

We design and build websites for businesses whose site has to talk to other systems: every form, booking and lead lands in your CRM or industry software, with follow-ups that start on their own. If your site just needs to look good, a designer is a better fit. If it needs to plug in, that's what we do.

The Problem

Most Websites Stop at the Contact Form

A typical small-business site sends form submissions to an inbox, where someone copies them into the CRM, maybe. Bookings live in one tool, payments in another, and the site has no idea about either.

We build the site and the connections together, so the website is the front end of your systems instead of a separate island. That's the only kind of site we take on.

Sites we're a good fit for:

Leads that need to land in a CRM

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce or an industry CRM, with routing and follow-up.

Bookings and scheduling

Appointments that sync to your calendar, field service or practice software.

Industry data on the site

MLS listings, service areas, inventory or availability pulled from the system that owns it.

Payments and intake

Deposits, intake forms and documents connected to the right record.

What's Included

The Site and the Plumbing, Built Together

One team, one project, one place to call when something changes.

Design and build

A fast, mobile-first site designed around what you sell and how customers decide.

Forms that go somewhere

Every form posts to your CRM or software, with spam filtering, field mapping and a confirmation that actually arrives.

Follow-up automation

New leads get routed and followed up in minutes, not when someone checks the inbox.

Tracking you can trust

Analytics and lead-source tracking tied to the CRM record, so you know which pages and campaigns produce customers.

SEO foundations

Clean structure, page speed, schema and redirects from your old site, so you don't lose the rankings you have.

Hosting and care

We host, monitor and back it up, and the integrations are covered by the same managed plan.

Honest Fit Check

When We're Not the Right Choice

You only need a brochure site

If nothing needs to connect, a good designer or a site builder will serve you well for less.

You want to edit everything yourself, daily

We can set up editing, but if the site is mainly a content platform, a dedicated WordPress shop may suit you better.

You need it live this week

Integrated sites take planning. Most launch in four to eight weeks.

Ecommerce is the whole business

Large online stores belong on a commerce platform and team. We connect stores to back-office systems, but don't build them.

How It Works

From Discovery to Launch

01

Discovery

We map what the site has to connect to, where leads should go and what should happen next.

02

Design

Page structure and design built around your services, approved before we build.

03

Build and connect

Site, forms and integrations built and tested together, with your real systems.

04

Launch and run

Redirects, tracking and monitoring in place on day one, then managed hosting and care.

FAQ

Questions About Websites With Integrations

Still have a question? Call (713) 936-9330 or send us a note.

Do you build websites without integrations?

Not usually. We build sites when the site has to connect to something: a CRM, booking system, industry software or payment flow. If you only need a good-looking site, a designer or site builder is a better value, and we're happy to point you to one.

How much does a website with CRM integration cost?

Most integrated sites run $4,000–$9,000, including design, build and the core integrations. Larger sites, migrations or several connected systems run $9,000–$18,000+. Hosting and care is part of a managed plan, from $300/mo, which also covers the integrations. You get a fixed quote after a discovery call.

Can you keep our current CRM and software?

Yes. That's the point. We build around the tools you already use, as long as they have an API or a reliable way to connect.

Will we lose our Google rankings with a new site?

Not if the move is done carefully. We map every old URL to its new page, keep titles and content that already rank, and monitor Search Console after launch.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes, for the content you change often. We'll set up editing for those sections and handle structural changes through your plan's support hours.

What platform do you build on?

Usually a fast static site we host and manage, which is secure and cheap to run. When a team needs to publish often on its own, we build on WordPress instead.
